Please note that this property is served by well water which sometimes can have a faint iron smell to it. If multiple fixtures are used at the same time this may affect water pressure inside the house so it is best to use the washer and dishwasher during the night. A few complimentary bottles of water are provided in the refrigerator at the beginning of your stay as well as Britta water filter pitchers.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
